Swimming Pools / Hot Tubs
Excerpt from 3rd Amendment
No aboveground swimming pools or above ground wading pools shall be placed or maintained on any Lot. In ground swimming pools and in ground wading pools may be permitted with written consent of the Architectural Committee. Hot tubs and Jacuzzis of any kind may be permitted with written consent of the Architectural Committee. All pools must be in compliance with the Allen County Zoning Ordinance.
Structures
Excerpt from 2nd Amendment
No building, deck, fence, wall, in ground swimming pool or other structure, including but not limited to swing get, gym set or sand box, shall he commenced, erected or maintained upon the properties,
nor shall any exterior addition to or change or alteration therein be made until the plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials and location of the same shall have
been submitted to and approved in writing as to harmony and style of external design and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography by the Board of Directors of the Association, or
by the Architectural Control Committee (the "Committee"), such committee to be composed of three members, the first committee members to be: Eleftherios Maggos, Gregory L. Roberts, and Daniel P.
Lee.
Excerpt from Section 1
No sheds or out-buildings, including penthouses, shall be erected on any Lot.
Excerpt from Section 8 (a)
No structure of a temporary character, trailer, boat trailer, camper or camping trailer, basement, tent, shack, garage, barn or other out building shall he constructed, erected, or located or used on
any Lot for any purpose, including use as a residence, either temporarily or permanently; provided, however, that basements may be constructed in connection with the construction and use of any
residential building.
Landscaping

4th Amendment:
Section 6.
A minimum of ten (10) shrubs shall be planted and located by each Homeowner on each Lot, and a minium of one (1) at least ten (10) foot tall hardwood deciduous tree shall be located in front of the
dwelling on each Lot.
Fences
Excerpt from Section 8 (f)
No chain-link fences shall be constructed, erected, or located on any Lot. No outside dog houses shall he constructed, erected, or located on any Lot.
Vehicles
Excerpt from Section 8 (b)
No boat, boat trailer, recreational vehicle, motor home, truck, camper or any other wheeled vehicle, other than passenger automobiles, shall be permitted on any Lot or on any street in the
Subdivision. A "truck" is defined for this purpose as one which is rated one-ton or more. No wheeled vehicle of any kind, including automobiles, shall be permitted to be parked on any street in the
Subdivision for a continuous period in excess of 48 hours, or for a period which the aggregate is in excess of eight (8) days per calendar year.
Annoyances
Excerpt from Section 7
No noxious, offensive or illegal activity shall be carried on upon any Lot, nor shall anything be done hereon which may be or may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood. The outside
burning of leaves or other yard waste, rubbish, or any other matter shall be considered noxious, offensive or illegal activity for purposes of this provision.
